Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a reliable Custodian to join our team and ensure our facilities are clean and well-maintained. You will be responsible for cleaning an industrial kitchen, bathrooms, breakrooms, and common areas, with attention to detail and the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with room for growth in leadership roles. Schedule is Friday–Tuesday 11:00pm–7:00am.

Qualifications

• Candidates must keep facilities clean across multiple areas (industrial kitchen, bathrooms, breakrooms, common areas).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cleaning tasks.
• Ability to multitask and manage high-volume workload while following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, scrub, or vacuum floors.
• Dust and clean glass; stock bathrooms.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Report maintenance issues to the team.
• Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
