Job Summary

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment, and the gym floor.
• Stock locker rooms with proper supplies and paper products.
• Properly dispose of trash and maintain trash cans.
• Clean and dust high areas (e.g., ceiling fans, TVs, rafters).
• Report broken or missing amenities or equipment (toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment, etc.) to the Club Manager.
• Follow the “Lost and Found Policy” and turn in lost member property immediately to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Custodial experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Honesty and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to solve problems independently.
• Diplomatic in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.
• High School diploma/GED preferred.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking continually during the shift.
• Occasionally lifting over 80 pounds.
• Encountering toxic chemicals.
• Frequent cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities.
• Moving in different positions (bending, climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, twisting) to accomplish tasks.
