Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent. Be able to read, write, and understand instructions written in English to effectively carry out responsibilities.
• Experience as a custodian with knowledge of custodial cleaning methods and procedures.
• Experience in minor repairs and maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to work a full eight-hour shift without excessive fatigue.
• References demonstrating ability, character, and morals.
• Ability to maintain effective relationships with staff, students, and the public, demonstrating courtesy, tact, and good customer service skills.
• Dependable, reliable, prompt, well-groomed, and flexible.

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain emergency contact information for relevant authorities and personnel.

Additional Notes

• This is an Extreme Weather Day Critical Position; reporting may be required when district is closed.

Salary: $26,761 - $37,041 annually (dependent on experience and qualifications)
