About the Role

Perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the facilities. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and shampoo carpets
• Polish floors and dust/polish furniture
• Wash windows, adjust shades, and replace light bulbs
• Clean desks, countertops, and sanitize restrooms, sinks, urinals, and toilets
• Empty, clean, and sanitize waste receptacles
• Identify and report maintenance needs within the building
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

No experience required. Formal or informal education or training which ensures the ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance. Possession of or ability to obtain, an appropriate, valid driver's license.
