Job summary

SAI Advanced Power Solutions is hiring for a cleaning and maintenance associate on site. You will perform daily cleaning of kitchen, bathrooms, conference rooms, and production areas, and assist with general warehouse tasks.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, is fluent in English, and demonstrates a positive attitude, reliability, and motivation. Regular attendance is required and no sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain kitchen and break areas.
• Clean and maintain bathrooms for office and production areas.

• Clean conference rooms and windows/mirrors; sanitize restrooms.
• Stock and restock supplies; gather and empty trash.
• Mop, strip, wax, and buff floors as needed.
• Maintain inventories and assist in day-to-day general warehouse operations.
• Regular in-person attendance is an essential function.

Position Summary:

Perform all daily cleaning and maintenance duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Clean and maintain kitchen and break areas by wiping down tables, floor mopping, cleaning out refrigerators, etc.
• Clean and maintain bathrooms for office and production areas
• Clean production floor areas with floor scrubber
• Clean conference rooms
• Stock drink refrigerators
• Maintained designated area for clean and safety for customers
• Clean windows and mirrors, sanitize restrooms
• Stock and restock supplies, gather and empty trash
• Order supplies as needed
• Empty trash receptacles on a daily basis
• Mop, Strip, wax, and buff floors as needed
• Maintain work area in clean, safe and organized manner
• Maintain accurate inventory of cleaning products and other necessary supplies related
• Assist in day-to-day general warehouse operations of cardboard box breakdown, etc
• Perform general maintenance
• Other duties as assigned
• Regular in-person attendance is an essential function of this job
