Mark Porter Auto Group in Ashland is seeking a dedicated Custodian to keep showrooms, offices, and restrooms clean and inviting. You will manage trash, monitor supplies, and help maintain a polished dealership environment.

This role requires safe operation of cleaning equipment, physical stamina, and reliable transportation to the Ashland location. Prior janitorial experience and attention to safety are important.

• Attention to detail when maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
• Must have physical stamina for repetitive tasks (bending, lifting, standing).
• Experience in janitorial or building maintenance preferred.
• Ability to safely operate industrial cleaning equipment.
• Knowledge of basic safety protocols and building security procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize showrooms, offices, and restrooms to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Manage trash removal and recycling throughout the dealership facilities.
• Monitor supply inventory and notify management when cleaning materials run low.
• Handle floor maintenance: vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and shampooing as needed.
• Address spills or cleanliness issues promptly during the workday.
• Ensure exterior entrances remain clear and presentable for visitors.

Requirements

Reliable transportation for daily travel to the dealership location in Ashland.
