Job summary

Nature’s Way is seeking a reliable Custodian for our Headquarters office in Green Bay. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, focusing on daily cleaning, trash removal, and general facility upkeep to maintain a neat and safe environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining restrooms, break rooms, lobbies, and office spaces, stocking supplies, and coordinating minor repairs with maintenance. We offer day-one benefits and a stable work schedule.

Qualifications

• Daily cleaning of all facility areas including restrooms, break rooms and offices.
• Notify maintenance of repairs needed and restock supplies.
• Ability to perform a half-building cleaning rotation weekly.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain lobby, reception area, mail/copy room and conference spaces.
• Remove trash and recyclables from all areas.
• Vacuum carpets and floors; mop and sanitize surfaces.
• Stock restrooms with paper products and cleaning supplies.

SUMMARY

To maintain the overall cleanliness and neatness of the facility on a daily basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Daily cleaning of:

• Restrooms, break rooms, lobby area, receptionist area, mail/copy room, offices, water fountains, conference/training rooms, entrance doors, and mopping of hallway and break rooms, including Finance building
• Removal of trash from all areas of facility, recyclables
• Vacuuming of main aisles, entrance-way carpets and warehouse office rugs
• Vacuuming of cubicles and offices when dusting is done (1/2 building every week)

• Weekly cleaning of:

• Lab, fitness area, and break room refrigerators
• Sweeping of stairs bi-weekly

• Stock all restrooms with paper products as needed
• Notify maintenance of any repairs needed
• Launder all cleaning cloths and linens
