Job summary

Nature’s Way, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking a dedicated Custodian for our Headquarters office. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm, and involves maintaining daily cleanliness of all facility areas to support a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

You will perform routine cleaning tasks, handle trash and recycling, and assist with light maintenance coordination as needed. This daytime role offers reliable hours and a stable work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of restrooms, break rooms, lobby, receptionist area, offices, water fountains, conference/training rooms, entrance doors and hallways.
• Removal of trash from all areas of facility, recyclables
• Vacuuming of main aisles, entrance-way carpets and warehouse office rugs
• Vacuuming of cubicles and offices when dusting is done (1/2 building every week)
• Weekly cleaning of lab, fitness area, and break room refrigerators
• Sweeping of stairs bi-weekly
• Stock all restrooms with paper products as needed
• Notify maintenance of any repairs needed
• Launder all cleaning cloths and linens

SUMMARY

To maintain the overall cleanliness and neatness of the facility on a daily basis.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Daily cleaning of:

• Restrooms, break rooms, lobby area, receptionist area, mail/copy room, offices, water fountains, conference/training rooms, entrance doors, and mopping of hallway and break rooms, including Finance building
• Removal of trash from all areas of facility, recyclables
• Vacuuming of main aisles, entrance-way carpets and warehouse office rugs
• Vacuuming of cubicles and offices when dusting is done (1/2 building every week)

• Weekly cleaning of:

• Lab, fitness area, and break room refrigerators
• Sweeping of stairs bi-weekly
