Essential Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of custodial methods, materials, and equipment
• Ability to read and write appropriately for the role
• Ability to follow instructions and operate custodial equipment safely
• Experience with custodial systems and communication tools
• Physical ability to perform duties, including moving up to 50 pounds
• Ability to establish cooperative work relationships

A background check is required for employment. Failure to pass may affect employment status.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience in an educational setting
• Training in floor care equipment and products
• Basic computer skills for logging work orders and communication
