Job summary

LCI is seeking a Custodian for our Fort Worth, TX warehouse to support daily cleaning and maintenance. The role operates Monday–Friday with a morning shift and no travel required, contributing to a clean, safe work environment.

The successful candidate will perform routine janitorial tasks, follow directions, and work within a team to maintain floors, bathrooms, and common areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year experience in janitorial or light building maintenance or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience.
• Ability to perform a variety of manual tasks; follow oral and written directions; plan and complete duties on schedule; maintain good working relations.

Responsibilities

• Sweeps, scrubs and mops floors.
• Strips, waxes, buffs and seals floors as directed.
• Vacuums and cleans rugs.
• Cleans bathrooms, walls, fountains, windows and replenishes supplies.
• Empties trash bins for all manufacturing departments and keeps areas clear and clean.
• Reports necessary repairs to supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

About This Role

To perform assigned duties that supports the warehouse goals.

LOCATION AND SCHEDULE

Fort Worth, TX

Monday-Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

No Travel Required

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or equivalent


• janitorial and minor building maintenance work.


• Must have the ability to perform variety of manual tasks; follow oral and written directions; plan and complete assigned duties on a regular schedule; and maintain good working relationships with others.


• One year experience in janitorial or light building maintenance; or, combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the employment standard listed above and that provides the required knowledge and abilities.
