Fort Lupton Press is seeking a full-time custodian to perform interior and exterior janitorial duties and minor maintenance for City facilities in Fort Lupton, CO. The role includes cleaning, disinfecting, floor care, snow removal, restocking supplies, and light repairs, with safety as a priority and occasional supervision of other staff.
Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. Applicants should graduate high school or have a GED; valid driver's license and basic safety

May perform lead work on a job-by-job or rotating basis.

The position is responsible for coordinating and supervising several tasks in which several phases may be in progress at once. Work may be discussed with higher-level management and reviewed for soundness of judgment and feasibility of decisions.

Hearing: perceiving the nature of sounds by the ear.
Kneeling: bending legs to come to rest on one or both knees.
Lifting: raising or lowering an object from one level to another.
Pulling: exerting force on an object so that it is moving to the person.
Pushing: exerting force upon an object so that the object is away.
Reaching: extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
Repetitive motions: making frequent movements with a part of the body.
Standing: remaining on one's feet in an upright position.
Stooping : bending the body by bending spine at the waist.
Talking: expressing or exchanging ideas by means of spoken words.
Walking: moving about on foot.
Lifting: raising or lowering an object 25-50 pounds.
Atmospheric Conditions: conditions that affection the skin or respiratory system.
Exposed to: hazards from elector/mechanical/power equipment.
