Job summary

H E Parts is seeking a dependable janitorial teammate to maintain clean premises and orderly work areas. You will perform sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and routine surface cleaning in assigned zones, including machinery and cabinets, while keeping closets and shop corners orderly.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and the ability to pass background and drug tests. Punctuality, teamwork, and adaptability are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pick-up, sweep & mop assigned areas.
• Empty trash cans in assigned areas.
• Empty steel bins and/or scrap bins in assigned areas.
• Wipe down & clean cabinets, desk, etc, in assigned areas.
• Wipe down & clean machinery in assigned areas.
• Keep maintenance closet picked up & in proper order.
• Make sure all dirty mop heads are put in proper location.
• Report any malfunction or problems with the rider & walk behind floor scrubbers to supervisor.
• Keep all shop corners picked-up & cleaned.
• Keep area behind all shop machines picked-up & cleaned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
