Job description

Summary

Brightwater Health's Custodians are a crucial part of the Brightwater team by providing day-to-day cleaning of multiple sites to promote health and safety.

Duties

• It is the role of the custodian to follow the daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules at each Brightwater Health work site, but not limited to the office areas, break rooms, hallways, bathrooms, storage areas, entrances, elevators and parking lots.
• The custodian will also be responsible for performing additional duties such as occasional stripping and/or waxing of floors, operating walk behind floor scrubbers, monitor/request paper products and/or cleaning supplies, and ensure buildings are secure at end of each shift.
• The shifts are available Monday - Friday 6:30 PM to 2:30 AM.

Minimum Qualifications

• One-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Reliable transportation is a must as more than one location may be cleaned each night.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities with attention to details.
