RedBuilt in Delaware, OH is seeking full-time Custodians to join a safety-first work environment with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

PLUS, earn an additional $2,000 during your first six months of employment. Wage range is $16.50 to $18.00 hourly, with pay reflecting prior experience. Shifts Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm; duties include cleaning, sanitation, and outdoor maintenance; PPE provided.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances.
• Understanding of safety protocols such as disposal of chemicals and other hazardous items.
• Comfortable with basic landscaping and maintenance tasks.
• Detail-oriented and conscientiousness.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED (not required, but a plus!).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be on time and ready to work.

Responsibilities

• Taking out the trash, tidying, and wiping surfaces as needed.
• Sweeping and mopping floors, as well as vacuuming carpets.
• Daily cleaning and sanitizing of all bathroom facilities and restocking necessary items, such as soap and paper products.
• General outdoor services and maintenance, such as watering plants, sweeping entry areas, and cleaning glass doors at entrances.
• All tools and supplies necessary to complete tasks assigned will be provided.

Shifts Available:

• Monday through Friday (6:00am – 2:30pm)

A Custodian’s typical day may include…

• Taking out the trash, tidying, and wiping surfaces as needed.

What does RedBuilt do?

Our Delaware, OH manufacturing facility builds engineered wood trusses, constructs wood wall panels, welds structural steel frames, and assembles job packages for delivery direct to the construction site.

What do we look for in a Custodian?

We are looking for full-time Custodians with previous cleaning experience preferred but not required.
