Keep dealership property clean and safeManage routine upkeep of designated spaces both inside and outside of the facility daily.

• Pay range: $18 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities

• Keep dealership property clean and safe
• Manage routine upkeep of designated spaces both inside and outside of the facility daily, which includes restrooms, offices, conference rooms, parking lot, public waiting areas, as well as trash removal and some light snow removal, etc.
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities doing minor repairs where necessary
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or property maintenance experience required
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive work ethic
• Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working around motorcycles and dealership equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and safety procedures.
• Uses his/her time effectively and efficiently
• Energetic and thrives in a fast-paced environment
