Job summary

HHS, LLC is seeking friendly, compassionate team players to join our housekeeping team at Dallas College - Central - EDUC. You will participate in cleaning classrooms, restrooms, cafeterias and common areas while following established procedures and maintaining a safe, welcoming campus for students and staff.

Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with day, evening and night options to fit varied schedules.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neatly groomed in a uniform.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Preferred: Custodial experience (cleaning, housekeeping, environmental services, custodian, janitorial, room attendant, floor care technician)

Physical Requirements

• Standing, walking, squatting, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift

• Pushing and pulling carts or equipment (over 100 lb.) on tile and carpeted floors continuously throughout a shift

• Must handle chemicals including bleach, wax, and disinfectants

• Must be able to operate equipment necessary to perform essential functions of the job
