Note: This is a contingent position based on contract award.

KBR seeks a motivated Custodian to support a government client in Maryland as part of the acquisition management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Disinfecting and sanitizing common areas and high-touch points
• High and low dusting, scrubbing, and polishing
• Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
• Restocking supplies and inventory
• Emptying trash and recycling bins
• Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing floors
• Cleaning and polishing furniture, fixtures, and elevators
• Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
• Performing restroom checks and cleaning
• Cleaning water fountains, fitness centers, showers, and locker rooms
• Cleaning elevators
• Floor stripping, sealing, finishing, and polishing
• Maintaining custodial equipment in safe, operable condition
• Performing other related work as assigned

Qualifications:

• TS/SCI clearance with willingness to undergo polygraph if requested
• At least 5 years of janitorial or housekeeping experience
• U.S. citizenship
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, extended walking, bending, and reaching overhead
• Team player capable of following guidance
• Effective communication skills
• Attention to detail

Compensation:

Base salary ranges from $31,200 to $46,700, depending on experience and skills. Additional compensation may include bonuses, sign-on incentives, relocation benefits, and other performance-based incentives.
