The Custodian role is essential for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the entire organization, including maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for employees and volunteers.

The Custodian should embody the organization's values, fostering a positive atmosphere within the community and CAN facilities. Maintaining professionalism and a calm demeanor in a fast-paced, diverse environment is crucial, especially when handling challenging situations.

As a team player, the Custodian must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to reliability and faithfulness.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours to meet organizational needs.

Responsibilities include:

1. Presenting an organized and clean workspace at all times.
2. Performing nightly cleaning services (3-4 nights per week):

4. Vacuuming all carpeted areas.
5. Dusting all horizontal surfaces.
6. Spot cleaning carpets and glass.
7. Properly positioning furniture.
