Job summary

Five Town CSD is hiring a year-round Custodian for Camden Hills Regional High School. The role runs 3 PM to 11:30 PM, with weekend rotation and flexible assignments.

You will maintain a clean, safe environment, handle restroom sanitation, waste management, and window/wall cleaning, perform minor repairs, assist with events, and help with snow/ice removal as needed. Requires background check and CHRC approval.

Qualifications

Position Summary

Five Town CSD is now hiring a year-round Custodian for our school. The normal work schedule for this positions is 3 PM to 11:30 PM. The successful candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekend rotation, and be willing to adapt to different assignments from day to day.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional environment within the school buildings and grounds, including but not limited to:
• General floor care and cleaning,
• Restroom maintenance, including sanitizing and stocking,
• Waste management,
• Window/Wall cleaning.
• Perform minor repairs to ensure the proper functioning of building systems.
• Aid in set-up for special events.
• Ensure clean school grounds, including litter removal.
• Aid with snow/ice removal as needed.

Pay And Benefits

• Pay is $20.27 - $25.72 per hour based on experience, within the parameters of the applicable contract
