Job Position Description:

This position is responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customers, their students, and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Duties include, but are not limited to:

1. Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures
2. Sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows, dusting
3. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
4. Open and lock facilities, enable and disable security systems as required
5. Able to work some weekends
6. Must be able to be cross-trained in additional building maintenance

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

1. Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
2. Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs
3. Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses
4. Will provide on-the-job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
5. The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked environment is a must
6. Contribute to the overall team effort, including being in uniform, dependable, and punctual
7. Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
