Job summary

Life Protect 24/7, Inc. is seeking an Overnight Custodial Worker to join our team in Norfolk, VA. This full-time role offers an 6:00pm–2:00am schedule, pays $14.00 per hour, and includes paid training, benefits, and 401k with company match.

You will keep facilities clean, sanitize spaces, and support the supervisor when needed. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years custodial experience, is at least 18, and demonstrates strong teamwork and communication.

• 1–2 years of supervisor requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Using approved chemicals to disinfect surfaces.

Salary Range: $14.00 To $14.00 Hourly

This is an overnight position! Life Protect 24/7 is searching for self-motivated, high performing individuals with a desire to advocate for safety and cleanliness, challenge themselves, and create a welcoming environment for coworkers on a daily basis. The assistant superviosr will provide coverage when the supervisor is off. If this sounds like you, you are a great candidate for our Overnight Sanitation and Custodial Worker position.

Overnight Schedule:

• Full-Time 6:00pm - 2:00am
• Pay Rate: $14.00/hour
• Schedule: To be discussed during the interview

How will you do that?

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, twist, and reach
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions such as scrubbing or wiping
• Must be able to work with chemical substances and other cleaning materials
• Must be able to operate backpack and handheld style industrial vacuum cleaners
