Job summary

US Air Combat Command – Davis Monthan Community Center is hiring for a flexible cleaning position. The role involves cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining facilities, with lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or bending for long periods.

It is a Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) position with no benefits. A pre‑employment physical and background investigation (Tier 1) are required. The schedule ranges 0 to 40 hours per week, and applicants from all backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Ability to properly use cleaning and sanitizing solutions.
• Ability to clean and adjust powered cleaning equipment.
• Ability to perform the full range of cleaning duties.
• Ability to follow oral and/or written instructions involving duties with several distinct tasks or steps.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to continuously stand, bend, stoop, and reach for long periods of time.
• Satisfactorily complete a pre-employment physical is required due to heavy lifting/carrying requirements of up to 50 pounds and physical efforts of the position. Successful completion and favorable adjudication of applicable background investigation (Tier 1 Level) is required.

About the position:

This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Davis Monthan Community Center.

This position is a Flexible position 0 to 40 hours per week with out Benefits.
