Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Custodial Trainer to organize trainings and assess custodial staff to ensure adherence to cleaning and maintenance protocols. The trainer will educate staff, select appropriate materials, and schedule ongoing sessions for new hires and experienced employees.

Responsibilities include developing training manuals, creating video resources, and teaching safety policies while evaluating program effectiveness and providing feedback to supervisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources.
• 1–2 years custodial experience and training.
• Completed safety and task training certifications.

Responsibilities

• Educate custodians and cleaning personnel on how to perform job duties.
• Assess the type of training needed for each employee.
• Choose training materials that cover information clearly.
• Set up training schedules for new hires and ongoing seminars.
• Provide training manuals with instructions for cleaning agents.
• Provide video instruction for using cleaning equipment.
• Train new employees in safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via surveys and records.
• Give performance feedback to trainees and forward to manager.
• Assist supervisors with employee communication and career advice.
• Comply with safety rules and company policies.
• Intervene to stop at-risk behavior.
