Qualifications

• Experience training janitorial staff.
• Coaching and supervisory experience.
• Recruiting, interviewing, or hiring experience.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Train custodial employees on cleaning procedures, equipment, safety, and company expectations.
• Provide coaching, follow-up, and support to help employees succeed.
• Assist with recruiting tasks, including candidate screening, interviews, and job fairs.
• Serve as recruiting and hiring support during periods of increased hiring needs.
• Partner with Operations to identify training and staffing needs.
• Travel between locations as needed for training, recruiting, and employee support.
