Job summary

NY Creates is seeking a part-time Custodial Technician to join our team, delivering high standards of cleanliness and safety across office and cleanroom environments.

The shifts available are 7am-11am and 11am-3pm, with duties including vacuuming, waste management, restroom sanitation, restocking supplies and supporting daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of commercial cleaning experience required.
• Basic mechanical ability (screwdriver, wrench) required; ability to write basic communication messages.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum and mop all floor surfaces inside and outside the cleanroom.
• Empty refuse containers inside office suites and cleanrooms.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms (toilets, urinals, sinks, floors).
• Restock consumables inside cleanroom gowning rooms, PPE cabinets and janitorial closets.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Ny Creates is seeking a part-time Custodial Technician to join our team!TheCustodial Technician will deliverhigh standards of cleanliness and safety across office and cleanroom environments by maintaining floors, managing waste, sanitizing restrooms, restocking essential supplies, and supporting daily operations.

The shifts available are 7am-11am and 11am-3pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Vacuum and mop all types of floor surfaces inside and outside the cleanroom.
• Empty refuse containers inside office suites and cleanrooms.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms to include toilets, urinals, sinks and floors.
• Restocking of consumables inside cleanroom gowning rooms, PPE cabinets and janitorial closets.
• Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications, Custodial Technician

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one-year commercial cleaning experience is required. Basic mechanical ability (i.e., can use screwdriver, wrench) is required as well as the ability to write basic communication messages.

This position is contingent on the satisfactory completion of a background check; this position may require annual background checks.
