Job summary

This position is onsite and non-exempt, with a wage determination framework guiding compensation. Under supervision, the janitor handles cleaning, trash removal, floor care, and supply management while adhering to established procedures and safety

Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year of custodial experience
• Ability to follow labels for safe use of chemicals
• Ability to follow structured processes and learn custodial equipment
• Effective communication with customers and teammates
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning services using proper equipment and supplies
• Maintains clean facilities including restrooms, offices, and common areas
• Removes trash and replaces bags
• Dusts and polishes equipment and fixtures
• Cleans tables, microwaves, carpets, floors, and windows
