Delaware Technical Community College is hiring a full-time custodial worker to maintain the interior of buildings and exterior grounds in a clean and orderly condition. You will interact with students and staff professionally and assist them with directions within the facility.

The role includes cleaning floors, disposing of waste, and helping with snow removal when needed, following safety and sanitation procedures.

Formación

• Knowledge of methods and procedures in use and application of chemicals.
• Ability to learn the materials, methods, and practices used in custodial work.

Responsabilidades

• Performs general custodial work according to institutional sanitation standards.
• Cleans floors using vacuums, scrubbers and buffers.
• Cleans trash and waste containers and ensures recyclables are separated.
• Cleans kitchens, bathrooms, and labs and disposes of waste properly.
