Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; plus 1 year semi-skilled custodial work experience.
• Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical labor over extended periods of time under adverse weather conditions.
• Meet maximum weight requirements for ladders (e.g., 300–375 lbs depending on ladder type).

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of custodial tasks to ensure cleanliness and safety of buildings and grounds.
• Maintain supply inventory and requisition needed supplies; attend required trainings and meetings; document work.
• Operate custodial equipment such as vacuum cleaners, buffers, scrubbers, and snow blowers.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and assist maintenance personnel as needed; demonstrate regular attendance.
