Qualifications

• Ability to perform daily cleaning tasks including dust mopping, sweeping, wet mopping, dusting, restroom cleaning and trash removal.
• Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment and learn proper usage.
• Must be able to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in a physically demanding environment with long periods of standing.

Responsibilities

• Dust mop, sweep, wet-mop and burnish floors.
• Clean and restock restrooms and spaces.
• Polish furniture and clean walls, doors and windows.
• Monitor and clean elevators, stairs and surrounding areas.
• Respond to cleaning needs at multiple locations as assigned.
