Job summary

Rochester Residential and Commercial Cleaning is seeking a Custodial Technician to keep an 8-building Flint facility clean, stocked, and welcoming. This role involves moving between sites during a single shift, with reliable hours and a team that values your effort.

As part of our crew, you will receive paid training, and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment. You’ll gain experience with cleaning equipment and supplies while supporting multiple campus buildings.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Strong attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Positive, friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to travel between multiple on-site buildings daily.

Responsibilities

• Travel between 8 on-site buildings during your shift.
• Clean and stock restrooms and kitchens with consumables.
• Dust, cobwebs, and maintain clean floors in each building.
• Operate a floor scrubber (training provided).

Join a growing, respected cleaning company where good work gets noticed! We're hiring a Custodial Technician to keep our 8-building Flint facility clean, stocked, and welcoming — day shift, reliable hours, and a team that appreciates you.

What You'll Do:

Travel between our 8 on-site buildings throughout your shift

Clean and stock restrooms and kitchens with consumables

Dust, remove cobwebs, and maintain clean floors throughout each building

Operate a floor scrubber (full training provided — no experience required!)

What We're Looking For:

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (must be able to travel between buildings on-site)

Strong attendance record — we need someone we can count on

A positive, friendly attitude — you'll be part of a team that values good energy

Willingness to learn new equipment and techniques
