Qualifications

• 0 to 1 year of work experience in custodial services
• Ability to follow instructions on labels for proper and safe use of chemicals, supplies and equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Demonstrated organizational, problem solving and common sense skills

Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning services using proper equipment and supplies, following safety procedures
• Cleans facilities, restrooms, common areas, cafeterias
• Removes trash and replaces bags
• Dusts and polishes equipment, furniture, or fixtures
• Cleans tables and microwaves
• Vacuum carpets, sweep, mop, and deodorize floors
• Cleans walls, arranges furniture, and cleans window blinds
• Maintains quality of work and responds to customer requests per procedures
