Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Technician in Tampa to perform custodial duties across facilities under supervision. You will sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and restock supplies while following established standards and procedures.

Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work with minimal supervision as part of a team are essential. Compensation ranges from $14.00 to $15.60 per hour with benefits and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Ability to take direction, work with minimal supervision, and function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Vacuum rugs and spot clean or shampoo as directed.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass; dust furniture and fixtures.
• Restock bathrooms and monitor supplies; report issues to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of trash; replace liners as required.
