Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Janitorial Technician to perform a broad range of custodial tasks under supervision. The role includes floor care, surface cleaning, trash removal, and bathroom stocking to maintain high cleanliness standards in assigned facilities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of industrial cleaning experience required.
• 2 years of floor care experience including buffing, waxing and stripping is preferred.
• Ability to operate cleaning tools and equipment including portable vacuums.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces in buildings.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo as directed.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, walls, and high surfaces; occasional high-dusting.
• Restock bathrooms and monitor supplies; report issues to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of trash; replace liners as required.
• Address building entrances and walkways, including snow removal as directed.
