Job summary

Versar Global Solutions is seeking a Custodial Worker to maintain a clean and safe environment at the Page Belcher Federal Building in Tulsa, OK. The role supports a professional facility services team and follows contract requirements and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include floors, restrooms, trash, and general cleaning across offices and common areas. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and pass USPS background screening. Onsite work is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Commercial custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to operate or learn commercial custodial equipment.
• Ability to safely use cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to perform physical work for extended periods.
• Ability to pass required USPS background screening.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean floors.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, vents, and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Clean offices, conference rooms, break rooms, lobbies, hallways, elevators, and stairwells.
• Spot clean walls, doors, windows, and glass.
• Operate commercial cleaning equipment.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and quality standards.
• Properly use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards.
