Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, reporting, inspections, and customer interface with USPS representatives, with leadership responsibilities for facility staff and service providers.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of facility management experience.
• Experience managing commercial or federal facilities preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems and building operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to pass USPS background screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily facility operations and contract performance.
• Supervise facility staff, subcontractors, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with USPS contract requirements, KPIs, and quality standards.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Oversee CMMS work order management and reporting.
• Conduct facility inspections and quality assurance reviews.
• Manage budgets, purchasing, and inventory.
• Ensure OSHA, environmental, and safety compliance.
• Coordinate emergency response and business continuity activities.
• Serve as primary customer interface with USPS representatives.
• Support staffing, training, and employee performance management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
