Job summary

Tigua Inc. in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment across assigned facilities. Responsibilities include cleaning restrooms, floors, and surfaces, and supporting basic building upkeep while adhering to OSHA and security protocols.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work with cleaning equipment, and travel to port locations as needed. Prior custodial experience is preferred, and a CBP security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a government background investigation (HSPD-12).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds repeatedly.
• Prior custodial or general cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize and maintain restrooms and restock supplies.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop floors and operate floor care equipment.
• Assist with basic building maintenance and equipment upkeep.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and safety procedures at all times.
• Travel to and from port of entry as required.
