Job summary

CW Resources, Inc. is seeking a skilled Janitorial Supervisor to lead daily custodial operations, train staff, and ensure high cleanliness standards in our facilities.

The role includes hands-on cleaning, inspections, and coordinating with building management to address facility issues. The position requires 2–4 years of custodial experience, OSHA familiarity, a valid driver's license, Real ID, and the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of custodial or janitorial experience in a commercial, institutional, or industrial setting.
• Experience providing day-to-day guidance, training, or direction to custodial staff in an operational setting.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Valid Real ID.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train custodial staff in daily cleaning tasks and ensure work meets standards.
• Perform routine custodial duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, restroom sanitation, trash removal.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to verify cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; notify for replenishment.
• Ensure proper use, care, and storage of custodial equipment and PPE.
