Job summary

You will assign work, inspect cleaning, handle hiring and scheduling, ensure equipment is safe, and complete maintenance work orders while upholding exceptional customer service. This role may involve working in a casino-related environment with physical duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six (6) months of experience in a similar position preferred.
• Able to operate and demonstrate proper usage of equipment including vacuum cleaners, carpet shampooers, and floor scrubbers.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute assignments and adjust during each shift according to business needs.
• Inspect and approve cleaning of all designated areas.
• Handle personnel-related matters including hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and monitoring.
• Check all cleaning aids and equipment to ensure proper working order and compliance with safety standards.
• Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and follow up to ensure completion.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas; pick up and remove trash and debris.
• Responsible for property clean up including bio‑chemical material.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
