Georgia Tech is seeking a Custodial Supervisor in the Housing and Residence Life Department to oversee custodial personnel in building-cleaning services. You will set goals, assess performance, provide feedback, and make pay recommendations.

Based in Atlanta, GA, the role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, four to five years of supervisory custodial experience, and rotating shifts for 24/7 coverage. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 am–4:30 pm.

• High school diploma, GED or vocational diploma required.
• Four to five years of custodial supervisory experience.
• Rotating shift work is required to maintain 24/7 coverage.

Responsabilités

• Set and maintain custodial personnel's work assignments and schedules; monitor performance and maintain records.
• Inspect work areas and confer with building management regarding quality of service and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and conduct training of custodial personnel; maintain records.
• Requisition and supervise the maintenance of materials and supplies.
• Supervise the proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
