Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative Lead in Aldie, VA. The role focuses on cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and provides some direction to custodial staff.

Responsibilities include performing janitorial tasks, following daily schedules, guiding custodians, training staff, operating cleaning equipment, and ensuring safety and quality inspections are completed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
• Completed all safety and task training certification.
• Forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Follow daily schedule duties.
• Provide work direction to custodians as directed by Custodial Supervisor.
• Assist Custodial Supervisor in scheduling and training staff.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance and repairs.
• Schedule clean up and repairs as needed.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Track and maintain supplies inventory.
• Assist in purchasing cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Report employee and customer issues to supervisor.
• Monitor PPE usage and supplies.
• Provide corrective action recommendations.
