Job summary

World-Management seeks a reliable leader to oversee a cleaning team at the UMSL Campus, ensuring offices, bathrooms, breakrooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained.

You will supervise staff, handle inspections and inventory, coordinate with management, and be ready to step in during shortages. A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle are required for traveling between buildings; weekend availability is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of leadership experience.

Introduction:

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working candidate to lead our team and ensure that our client's facilities are clean and well-maintained. The position is located at the UMSL Campus. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning of offices, bathrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and other areas of the facility. Also performing tasks such as inspections and inventory management. The selected candidates must have strong leadership abilities and attention to detail. Candidate must also be willing to step up and help the team in the case of personnel shortages. Applicants must have a valid driver's license with a dependable vehicle as you will be expected to commute between buildings. Must have, open availability on the weekends is a must!

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour but is negotiable for experienced candidates.

This is a leadership role withroom for growth in management positions for the right candidates.
