Job summary

World Management seeks a reliable, hands-on leader to supervise cleaning operations at the UMSL Campus. You will direct the team, schedule tasks, and ensure high standards of cleanliness across offices, bathrooms, breakrooms and common areas.

This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability is required, and a valid driver's license with a dependable vehicle is needed for commuting between buildings.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Introduction:

We are seeking a reliable and hard-working candidate to lead our team and ensure that our client's facilities are clean and well-maintained. The position is located at the UMSL Campus. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning of offices, bathrooms, breakrooms, common areas, and other areas of the facility. Also performing tasks such as inspections and inventory management. The selected candidates must have strong leadership abilities and attention to detail. Candidate must also be willing to step up and help the team in the case of personnel shortages. Applicants must have a valid driver's license with a dependable vehicle as you will be expected to commute between buildings. Must have, open availability on the weekends is a must!

Starting pay is $23.00 per hour but is negotiable for experienced candidates.

This is a leadership role with room for growth in management positions for the right candidates.
