DRTC in Oklahoma City seeks an Evening Supervisor to lead custodial teams across sites, conduct inspections, train staff, and perform duties as needed to maintain contract cleanliness standards.

This full-time on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with benefits including health insurance, retirement options, PTO and more.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid REAL ID-compliant driver’s license.
• Steady employment history.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Snow removal experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 of last 5 years supervising custodial/grounds crews.
• Experience in 620,000 sq/ft facilities with multiple floors/buildings.
• Able to pass all required background checks.

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Shift: 2:00 PM - 9:30 PM

Pay: $22.33/hr

Position Overview

Dale Rogers Training Center (DRTC) is seeking a reliable, motivated CustodialSupervisor to support custodial operations across multiple federal contract sites. This role is essential in ensuring that all assigned buildings meet contract cleaning standards while providing leadership, guidance, and support to custodial staff.

The Evening Supervisor plays a hands-on role in daily operations—conducting inspections, assisting with training, performing custodial duties when needed, and ensuring staff have the tools and direction required to succeed. This position directly contributes to DRTC’s mission by promoting high-quality service, professionalism, and accountability across all custodial projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. vertically and 25 lbs. horizontally
• Ability to carry required weights up to 100 feet
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, crouching, and kneeling
• Ability to push, pull, drag, and move equipment
• Ability to climb up and down multiple flights of stairs
• Must maintain mobility, vision, and dexterity appropriate for custodial duties
