Edina Public Schools in Minnesota seeks a Custodial Supervisor to lead custodial staff, manage district energy use, and uphold health and safety standards across facilities. The role reports to the Director of Buildings and Grounds and ensures a safe, clean, and inviting environment for students and staff.
Requirements include post-secondary safety education, at least five years in a related field, a Minnesota Chief C boiler license, and strong leadership and communication skills.

The Custodial Supervisor is responsible for assisting in providing leadership and supervision to custodial employees, reporting district energy use, managing health and safety, and assisting the Director of Buildings and Grounds as needed to ensure the efficient functioning and operation of district facilities and that a safe, clean and attractive environment exists for students, employees and the community.
The salary for this position ranges from $65,321 to $76,674, depending on experience and qualifications. New hires will typically start at the entry-level rate within the salary range, while candidates with relevant experience may be placed at a higher starting rate, up to the maximum of the salary range. Salary decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis, considering the individual's experience and the district's budget.
