SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a Site Supervisor in East Walpole, MA to lead custodial teams across multiple sites. You will ensure sanitation standards, OSHA compliance, and safe operation of equipment while coordinating staff schedules and training.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to drive between locations. Bilingual Spanish is a plus and forklift certification may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver’s license may be required; forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of database, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
• Strong written and verbal skills and customer service abilities.
• Ability to read safety rules and operation manuals; write routine reports.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, contractors, or employees.

• Coordinate and monitor work activities; recommend training and discipline.
• Write reports (pass down, weekly or monthly).
• Perform quality, service and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance and repair.
• Track supplies and maintain inventory.
• Monitor PPE usage for safety compliance.
• Report issues to manager and propose corrective actions.
• Maintain training, inspections, attendance and metric data.
• Ensure employees are trained on tasks and safety requirements.

Title:Custodial SupervisorJob Description:Now Hiring: Site SupervisorCompensation: $65,000-$75,000Job OverviewThe Site Supervisor will be responsible for safely coordinating activities within the assigned program. This includes the company employees and other temporary employees engaged in the program. The Individual will inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations.Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
