Qualifications

• Interpersonal and leadership skills required.

Responsibilities

• Empty, clean, and damp-wipe all waste receptacles and remove waste paper to designated areas.
• Vacuum rugs and carpeted areas, sweep or mop hard floors, damp-mop spills in offices and common areas.
• Hand dust and wipe office furniture, fixtures, windowsills, and other surfaces.
• Remove fingerprints and smudges from doors, switches, and partitions.
• Keep janitor's closet clean and orderly.
• Other duties as assigned.
