Job summary

Qualifications

• Interpersonal and leadership skills.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years custodial cleaning experience or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Empty, clean, and damp-wipe all waste receptacles and empty waste to designated areas.
• Vacuum rugs and carpeted areas and damp-mop hard floors as needed in offices, lobbies, corridors, stairs, and public areas.
• Dust and wipe office furniture, fixtures, windowsills, air-conditioning diffusers, wall grilles, and other horizontal surfaces.
• Remove fingerprints and smudges from doors, doorframes, light switches, glass, and partitions.
• Keep janitor's closet clean, neat, and in orderly condition.
