Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years custodial cleaning experience in a lead role.
• Proficient verbal/written communication; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Strong time management and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist onboarding and training of associates on safety, policies, cleaning procedures and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with Servicon and client policies; uphold integrity, professionalism and urgency.
• Inspect work areas and verify quality per site procedures and client's scope of work.
