Job Description

The Custodial Services Lead Worker is responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas to meet customer and client satisfaction. They may oversee or delegate responsibilities within the cleaning services operation. Responsibilities may vary based on location and client needs.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign daily work to custodial team and oversee task completion
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment, complying with OSHA and other regulations
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness to ensure safety and health standards
• Clean and maintain equipment properly
• Clean assigned areas to meet Aramark and client standards
• Manage storage and disposal of trash appropriately
• Report maintenance issues via work orders
• Secure the facility by locking/unlocking as needed
• Protect company assets

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience required
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Follow safety procedures, including handling hazardous chemicals
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
• Adapt to guest and client needs

This role may involve physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
