The Custodial Services Lead Worker cleans and maintains assigned areas to meet customer and client satisfaction. They may also oversee or delegate responsibilities within the cleaning services operation. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client needs and business requirements.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $15.50. This is Aramark’s good faith estimate of the compensation as of the posting date.

Job Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign daily tasks to custodial team, oversee task completion
• Follow safety procedures aligned with OSHA, local, federal, and company regulations
• Maintain a clean environment to ensure safety and health standards
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment properly
• Clean assigned areas to meet company and client standards
• Manage trash storage and disposal, transport waste appropriately
• Report maintenance issues via work orders
• Secure the facility, ensuring proper locking/unlocking
• Protect company assets and security
